9th Circuit panel denies CPCs’ request to block Reproductive FACT Act

Great news! In a unanimous opinion, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals rejected a challenge to the Reproductive FACT Act, which protects women from misleading practices by antiabortion-rights crisis pregnancy centers (CPCs).
