United for Abortion Access

Women’s Health Specialists is on six college campuses this week, talking to communities about ending abortion restrictions for folks with low-incomes. The Hyde Amendment, passed annually by Congress, restricts federal funds from covering abortion. This means women with federal health insurance, military, veterans and federal government employees do not have abortions covered by health insurance.
