Mid-level Clinician and Physician Training

Training programs are available at all of our clinic sites: Chico, Redding, Sacramento, and Santa Rosa.

Although abortion is the most sought after procedure by women in the U.S. most residency programs do not provide instruction or training in abortion care. Our Abortion Training Program is designed for third year OB/GYN or Family Practice residents, as well as physicians that are in private practices.

WHS provides preceptorship for registered nurses to complete their Family Planning Licensing Program as Nurse Practitioners.
