Strong Families Youth Online Film Fest

The Strong Families Youth Online Film Fest is a national online film festival curated by Media Literacy Project for Strong Families. We reviewed 50 short videos created by youth ages 14-24 from across the country and selected 16 to feature here. These videos address social issues that impact the everyday lives of youth. This online festival features topics such as comprehensive sex education, gender identity, street harassment, violence, body image, immigration rights, parenting, education reform, prison justice, food justice, economic justice, and community spaces. WASHINGTON - In a long-sought victory for the gay rights movement, the Supreme Court ruled on Friday that the Constitution guarantees a right to same-sex marriage.
Justice Anthony M. Kennedy wrote the majority opinion in the 5 to 4 decision. He was joined by the court's four more liberal justices.
